About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Odoo ERP Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, provide expert functional and technical guidance, and help our clients optimize their business processes using Odoo’s powerful ERP platform.

As a senior-level consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, drive complex projects, mentor junior consultants, and ensure high-quality delivery of Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations (from requirements gathering to go-live and post-go-live support)
• Analyze client business processes and design optimal Odoo solutions (functional + technical)
• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, Project, HR, eCommerce, etc.)
• Develop custom modules and features using Python (Odoo framework), XML, JavaScript, and Odoo OWL framework
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, shipping providers, EDI, etc.)
• Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation
• Conduct user training, change management, and knowledge transfer
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Mentor and support junior Odoo consultants
• Participate in presales activities (demos, solution design, effort estimation)

Requirements & Qualifications

Must Have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (versions 15 and above, preferably Odoo 16/17/18/19)
• Strong experience in at least 15–20 end-to-end Odoo implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of core Odoo modules (Finance & Accounting, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales & CRM)
• Solid technical expertise:
  • Python & Odoo development framework
  • PostgreSQL
  • XML/CSV data handling
  • JavaScript, OWL, and web technologies
• Proven experience in requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead projects

Nice to Have:

• Odoo Official Certification (Functional or Technical)
• Experience with Odoo.sh, Odoo Enterprise, and multi-company setups
• Knowledge of advanced modules (Studio, IoT, Quality, Maintenance, MRP II, etc.)
• Experience with Docker, Linux servers, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure)
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile/Scrum experience
• Industry-specific experience (Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Services)
